Excellent customer service! John and his team of body repair techs did a phenomenal job with repairing my vehicle and blending paint finish. Can’t tell the car was repainted!!! When I first met John and walked through the repair process I could tell he was very meticulous about his work and the final product. Hoping I don’t have to use his shop in the future, but if I do I plan on returning to Crystal Shine!

Incredible workmanship and honest service. Jon did an unbelievable job repairing a dent on my BMW. I had a pretty large dent on a major body line and you cannot even tell there was any damage. Paint has been matched perfectly to the factory color. Overall, I could not be more happy with the service I received. The turnaround time for repairs was twice as fast as any other shop would quote me. I was expecting my car to be a bit dirty after having been in the shop, but it was returned to me spotless. All this while being priced significantly lower than any competitors in the area. If you are in need of a reputable body shop, look no further. With this being a family run establishment, you know they take pride in their work. It is telling that any negative reviews are from 4+ years ago and have no explanations (likely fake/fabricated). This shop should easily have 5 stars. Quality and integrity are hard to come by these days and you get both at Crystal Shine. Thank you again for everything! If any of my friends or family are ever in need of bodywork, I won’t let them go anywhere else! Trust me, you are doing yourself a disservice by going to any other shop before stopping here.

Crystal shine is fixing my Hyundai for the second time! I absolutely love the work they do. Your car will be looking brand new . I recommend them to anyone who wants honest hard work. They also have amazing communication through the process letting you know what is going on they take the time to make sure the job is done right !

John is an awesome guy! My vehicle was oversized for his shop (it’s an RV) but he still took time to look at my paint issues and provided some honest & valuable advice for me. A rare find in the Chicago area, and he’ll be the first spot I check when I need work on my regular vehicles.

Working with John and team at Crystal Shine Body Shop was an pleasure. They took all of the problems of working with the insurance, making sure quality parts were used and supplied, and kept me informed of where they were in the process.. In the end, the car turned out better than could be expected and my 19 year old was very pleased to get his car back looking like new. His statement was the bodylines on the door were better than the factory on the side that was fixed. I would recommend John and Team to anyone that wants their car to look new again.
